Next: Glazed Shallots with Chile and Thyme. Shallots, like any member of the Onion Family are great at taking on rich flavors! We love this quick side dish because it puts a spicy spin on a fall classic. Another great reason to make it? You can prep them a day or two ahead and they’ll taste even better. View Recipe.
Switching up tradition, with Wild Rice Dressing. A lighter dish than it’s cousin the classic bread dressing, this tasty alternative can be prepared a day ahead and will add a dash of local color and flare to any fall table. View Recipe.
Let’s talk Protein. We know that Turkey tends to take center stage during the holidays but lets not forget, the Chicken. This “Perfect Cast-Iron Skillet Chicken Thighs” recipe will cut your cooking time down and allow space for all the other tasty meals you’d love to add to the table but don’t have time to. Kicking it off at number one, we have New York Cheesecake with Triple Berry Compote. This cake has always been a staple in our family and we love the simple approach Cupcakes to Cavier takes on this timeless treat. View Recipe.

Coconut Pumpkin Pie. A dairy free and incredibly delicious alternative to the classic. We know it can get pretty personal when it comes to pumpkin pie. Everyone has their own personal preferences when it comes to crust, texture and toppings but when it comes down to it, we’re all gunning for that creamy, pumpkin-y goodness. Unless you don’t like pie and in that case, let there be cake! Here’s our new favorite. View Recipe.
