In order to get your home to it’s best viewing potential, consider focusing on landscaping and gardening your outdoor areas (if you have the space). Even just a few thoughtfully placed flower blooms will give that extra color pop! Or add a new coat of paint to get looking fresh.
2. Windows – Just by washing & cleaning the windows in your home, you’ll be surprised to find how much extra light will be allowed in. You don’t even have to buy window cleaner, simply combine 1 parts apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water for an inexpensive DIY alternative.
3. Ambiance and Lighting – What vibe does your home give off? Is it light, airy and flowing? Or can it feel dark and cave like at times? Natural lighting as well as color choice, can play a HUGE factor in how potential buyers will feel when viewing your home. De-Clutter – Cleaning off counter tops, maximizing space in closets (a closet can never be too big) and straightening up cabinets are just a few of the ways to instantly transform your interior space.
