Buying a home is exciting but it also comes with a potential fear of missing out. Our process ensures that you find the perfect home, within your required timeline and make sure you don’t miss out on anything along the way.
How do I make sure I see all potential properties?
We get it. We do not want you to miss out on the property of your dreams either so that is why we have built a tried and true process when it comes to finding your next dream home. The first step is to find out exactly what you want and need. From there, we can look at all possible options and put them into our net. MLS®, New Listings, New Construction, For Sale By Owner, Kijiji and more. Once we have this all set, we begin a process of elimination.
How do I select which properties I want to see in person
Using our net from above, we have two approaches, for the more hands-on buyers we will let you sift through all the options and let us know which ones you think best suit your needs. For those that wish to have a more concierge level of service, we will happily sift through the options and only send you those we believe fit your wish list. From there, we can jointly decide which properties are worth viewing in-person.
How many properties can I view with my agent?
We are happy to show you as many properties as you feel you need before we make an offer. With our approach, we suggest that you always have a top three list, which allows us to be strategic with our decisions. You can switch properties in and out of this list at any time, the list simply allows us to focus on the homes that best suit your wish list.
What happens when I am ready to make an offer?
Exciting news! Before we put pen to paper it is important that we sit down, look at the comparable sales and see where things lie. Once we are happy, its time to get out the contract and begin the negotiation. Let’s get you your dream home.
