With a passion for crabbing, fishing and the ocean in general, Theresa and Todd have always deeply valued their time at the coast. Taking any chance they could to steal away from their home in Portland, to explore and enjoy the beach over the years. Recently, they decided to make it their main priority to move closer to the sea and fresh salt air, in order to improve Todd’s health & allergies. So they sold their home in the city and began the search!
We toured little pockets of the north coast and ultimately, they were drawn to this peaceful neighborhood, east of Lytle Lake in Rockaway Beach. They loved the newer homes and slower paced vibes, creating an accessible but thoughtful community. Guiding Theresa and Todd through the process of making their dream of living closer to the sea a reality, was such a gratifying experience. I can’t wait to see how they take this brand new space and make it their own. Congrats again, you two!
